- Urban City plan for the Bedouin tribe Al Sayed.
- Determine the boundaries of the area for a suburban area
defined in the District Master Plan.- Determine the skeleton of the main and secondary roads,
including the access and connection to Route 31.- Change of land zoning to housing , agricultural, public building,
commercial, craft, sports, open public space, roads, special open public space,
drainage channels and space for a cemetery.- 1500 housing units.
- Plan area - 3,100 Dunam.
